“Women and men have at least one thing in common. Neither of them understand women! At last, ‘Wellbeing’ provides a wonderful resource we’ve been crying out for – a book to empower women with the knowledge they need to understand their own body, and start (or further) their journey journey to wellness and fulfillment. And men, there’s no reason to ever feel alienated, as this insightful read is the answer for any man who wishes to climb inside his woman’s world and deepen his understanding of her.”
“After reading ‘wellbeing’ I can honestly say that I am excited when I think of the positive impact that this highly relevant, information packed book will have on the health and happiness of so many women.”

“Chatty, informative, interesting and easy to read”
Local author Lynda Wharton gives a comprehensive look at holistic breast cancer prevention. Even if you’re not overly concerned about breast cancer, Wellbeing has some excellent advice on maintaining general good health. The book takes a look at how the female body works, and how it’s affected by exercise, alcohol, stress and environmental factors. There’s also a handy A-Z guide of female health conditions. The book is a chatty, easy read that I found completely fascinating. There are no stuffy medical terms or preachy advice in this one. Share a copy with the women in your life
